Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Please allow 15 business days for processing. Within Turkey, our standard delivery takes 1-5 working days, while international deliveries take 2-10 working days.

Once your package has been dispatched you will receive an email containing your Yurtiçi Kargo/DHL tracking number. Please visit the website of the carrier and enter the tracking number, in order to find out the location of your package.
